MTC Performance is a Tier 1 provider of prepaid cards since January of 1998.  The issuing bank is The Bancorp Bank, Wilmington, DE. MTC Performance is an Independent Sales Organization ("ISO") pursuant to an agreement with The Bancorp Bank. What does PCI DSS certified mean?

The PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) is a set of comprehensive requirements for enhancing payment account data security. The PCI DSS is a multifaceted security standard that includes requirements for security management, policies, procedures, network architecture, software design and other critical protective measures. This comprehensive standard is intended to help organizations proactively protect customer account data.
