George Kriza

President & CEO

George is a passionate thought-leader in the area of incentives and a visionary for driving sales through innovative reward programs in the IT industry. He has driven change in SPIFF management solutions for 15 years and is recognized within the industry for his creative and pragmatic approach to driving top line growth for our clients. His broad perspective brings a unique view to every aspect of who we are and what we do.

 

George has over 30 years experience in the personal computer and consumer electronics industries. Since founding MTCPerformance, 14 years ago, he has focused on web-based technologies designed to break new ground in facilitating the success of incentive programs. This focus has yielded several major online incentive management offerings, including SpiffCENTRAL™ Channel Manager, SpiffCENTRAL™ Vendor Manager, ChannelVIEW™, VendorVIEW™, KnowledgeBuilder™ and Spiffs.com.

 

His technology, sales and marketing expertise, combined with keen analytical skills, have enabled him to provide direction to many other corporations looking for a faster track along their marketing curve. Sony, Apple Computer, ITT Corporation, Panasonic, Creative Labs, and Proxima are just a few of the companies that have utilized George's experience.

 

Recently, George was tapped to join the advisory board for CMP magazine's Institute for Partner Education and Development. He also has a blog on www.everythingchannel.com, Riffin' on Spiffs, where he shares his unique insights on channel sales incentives.


David Hirschman

Vice President, Marketing & Operations

David heads up our operations and marketing efforts to manage and grow our various products and services. He brings over 20 years marketing, sales and operations success with startup and fast growth companies in the IT and Internet industries.

 

Prior to joining MTC, David was the Vice President, Marketing and Sales at Heartland Computers. Before that he led the Hardware Business Unit at ASAP Software (now Dell) responsible for sales, operations and marketing. Prior to that, David founded Internet Solutions, a website development and Internet marketing firm. He also held executive marketing and operational roles at Enable Systems, uBid.com and PC Mall.

 

David holds a Bachelor of Science Business Administration degree in marketing from Washington University, St Louis.
